        California Help With Paying Your Water Bill

        In addition to the Low-Income Rate Assistance Programs, water utility customers may also qualify for assistance in arranging a payment plan when shut-off of water service is imminent.  This may include instances when a customer initiates a billing complaint or requests an extension of payments within a specific amount of time, or if the customer is elderly, disabled, or a physician certifies that it would be life threatening to discontinue water service.  Also, many Class A water utilities provide payment plan assistance to Military Families.  If you have questions, please contact your utility company or check out their websites for more information.

        You may be eligible for a discount on your water utility bill (income limits vary by utility) – check with your water utility to find out:
